Yea I ended up finding out that if you are ever to use an app that has HDCP (TV, Netflix, Hulu, Music, etc...) then the only way to stop the xbox one from shooting out HDCP crap everywhere is to actually unplug the device. Because the Xbox one is "Always On" your device will continue spilling out the HDCP all over the place.
